I needed something to finish my own projects with and after trying a couple expensive options, decided to make my own. It’s a combination of foodsafe mineral oil, locally sourced Midwest Beeswax and your choice of Lemon or Orange cold pressed essential oils.
The mineral oil soaks into your project nourishing it, (coat your piece liberally, let sit until tacky and buff off the beeswax) while the wax locks in the oil and buffs off to a beautiful sheen. The essential oils are self explanatory, and are 100% organic and smell amazing!
These screw top, 2 ounce, tins are great too in that 1: They’re reusable and 2: They won’t pop open when transporting or being jostled around in your toolbox/storage or purse.
